1. Who may use Sarkhej.com

You need a Google account and a mobile number you can verify. One person, one account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

2. Posting

General members may keep one active post at a time; publishing a new post retires the previous one. Members holding a system staff occupation may post more frequently, as configured by the administrator.

3. What you may not post

• Anything unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
• Other people’s contact details, photographs or private information.
• Abuse, harassment, or content targeting any community.
• Regulated goods you are not licensed to trade in.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Sarkhej.com permission to display and distribute it within the service.

5. Dealings between members

Sarkhej.com is a noticeboard. We do not verify goods, services, prices or qualifications, and we are not party to any arrangement you make with another member. Use ordinary caution.

6. Suspension

The administrator may deactivate an account or a post that breaks these terms. Deactivated accounts disappear from the directory and the feed.

7. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
